Absinthe. Art Deco style oil painting on canvas.
Shes out on the prowl, shes ready to take
Shes looking for feelings, some real and some fake
The night is so dark it surrounds all her senses
She feels the chill air, it deepens defences
She sips on her Absinthe and inhales the sweet scent
Tonight will be different she will not lament
Some hapless soul will fall foul of the deed
Unwittingly drawn in by desire and need
Her lust will abound and take control
And tonight, at midnight, there is no parole. Print Available - Email Your Request

Belle Bugatti is an oil on box gallery canvas.
A beautiful woman, exquisitely fair,
Walks up to the car with an inquisitive air,
The driver is missing, a passenger to seek,
Would he notice for one second if she just took a peek,
She looks all around her and then makes her play,
And sits in the passenger seat, and here she will stay.

Calla Lily.
The touch of petals so soft and milky
The fall of her hair on shoulders so silky
Her lips coloured red through sips of the wine
Her eyes tightly shut with the thrill so divine
The moon becomes shy upon seeing this passion
And hides its face behind clouds in a fashion
She breathes in the scent of the lillies around her
And inwardly gasps, shes in love, it surrounds her.. Print Available - Email Your Request

Art Deco style oil painting on canvas.
Courtenay is a lady who just loves to shop. A woman of means who delights in the feeling of being free to savour her desire for decadence.

She strikes a pose in her world of glamour
To claim her place and his hearts enamour
Always on top and in the vogue
No time for wasters or a handsome rogue
Is she for real or is she a fake
One things for certain she will make his heart ache.

Femme Fatale - Betty Davis Eyes by Kim Carnes
Her hair is Harlow gold
Her lips sweet surprise
Her hands are never cold
She′s got Bette Davis eyes
She′ll turn the music on you
You won′t have to think twice
She′s pure as New York snow
She′s got Bette Davis eyes
And she′ll tease you
She′ll unease you
All the better just to please you
She′s precocious and she knows just what it takes to make a pro blush
She′s got Greta Garbo stand-off sighs
She′s got Bette Davis eyes
She′ll let you take her home it whets her appetite
She′ll lay you on the throne
She′s got Bette Davis eyes
She′ll take a tumble on you
Roll you like you were dice until you come up blue
She′s got Bette Davis eyes
She′ll expose you when she snows you off your feet with the crumbs she throws you
She′s ferocious and she knows just what it takes to make a pro blush
All the boys think she′s a spy
She′s got Bette Davis eyes
And she′ll tease you
She′ll unease you
All the better just to please you
She′s precocious and she knows just what it takes to make a pro blush
All the boys think she′s a spy
She′s got Bette Davis eyes

Off to the Talkies

As they casually saunter through the lobby of the Hotel,
No one would guess that these two young ladies had
Carefully saved their wages at the dress shop and diner
So that they could be part of the jet set for just a few days and go to the cinema to see the first talking movie

Painted on all sides so ready to hang.

SOLD to Vincent Holly - Netherlands
Just to let you know, I have received the paintings. They′re great, even better than on the photos.
Thank you very much.
Regards,
Vincent Holly

Ooh La La is an oil on box gallery canvas and painted around the outside continuing the image.
This painting is going into the World Art Foundation Exhibition in Sante Fe during October 2010.

Camille had wandered down to Piggale to listen to the sailors play their music and enjoy their last night in Paris. She sat on one of the barrels outside of the Tavern and drank some wine and just drifted away. It had been a hard week at the Moulin Rouge where she looked after the dancers, dressing them in all of their finery, and wishing that one day she would be on that stage dancing.
