Big blue wet thing
This is whatever you see.....is it the sky and you are flying through clouds with the land just almost in view....or are you under water, with the sunlight coming through above you..
Different people see two different things...and both lots are as adament as each other! Can be wildly entertaining at a dinner party.....:)

glam roses and pearls
don't we all love a bit of glam.and what says it better than roses and pearls........nice...
Timeless piece, one we are fond of and reluctant to part with in lots of ways, but if you love it and will enjoy it,that's good enough for me (am I getting too 'mothery' about my paintings....:)

little kiwi stream
another NZ bush scene, feels like it has just stopped raining and everything has that fresh smell, and you start to wonder if there might be a trout hiding in the shadows....and no rod in sight. Rats! (Not that I know ANYthing about trout fishing..! :).....except that I have to be QUIET....!! yeah right...

orange poppies(by the stream)
another of my poppy paintings,I just love the simpleness of them, nothing fussy and showy, just a neat flower. These have gold edging, which can be seen quite well in the photo, and silver staymens (sp) which add a little glam to the work. Also, the green highlighting on the poppies is an irredescent paint which catches the light. Contempory hills in the background give this piece a little more depth.
Called it orange poppies by the stream, but maybe it should be, beside the lake..as I am now thinking it is looking like a very WIDE stream.....!! :) Either way, hope you like it
